5. User Content and Uploads

• Generated images are stored for the existence of your account
• You can delete your images at any time
• Anonymous user images are deleted after 7 days

6. Prohibited Uses

• Upload photos of other people without their consent
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the Service
• Use automated systems (bots) to access the Service

• Create deepfakes or misleading content for fraud

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Generated Images

You retain ownership of the generated headshots created from your uploaded photos. You may use these images for personal and commercial purposes.

7.2 Service Ownership

The Service, including all software, algorithms, designs, and AI models, is owned by ProProfilePhoto.com and protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

• Specific quality or accuracy of generated images
• That generated images will meet your specific requirements
